School on "Modern theories of correlated electron systems"

Registration

The school is intended for PhD students and young PostDocs mainly from Europe.

Applications must be made by March 8, 2009 in order to be considered by the selection committee. The full cost per participant, including housing and meals is 1.400€. Thanks to financial support by various funding agencies, a contribution of only 600€ / participant is requested. Further grants to support living and travel expenses may be available.

Application materials are expected to contain a curriculum vitae, list of publications and a name of a person familiar with your work. If you are asking for financial support, an additional reference letter will be expected.

Participants are encouraged to present a poster about their own work.

The deadline for applications was March 8, 2009. Applications are now closed.

Note added: Since we obtained additional financial support, the registration fee is lowered to 500€ for all participants (further grants were allocated on an individual basis). The fee of 500€ should be paid upon arrival at the school, either in cash, with a check, visa card, or a traveler check in Euro.
